Town Bar & Grill gets Closure Order in February

Town Bar & Grill’s restaurant in Dublin’s Kildare Street as well as the first floor kitchen and ground floor ice-making machine of The Village Inn in Church Street, Finglas, were among 10 Closure Orders served on premises under the FSAI Act 1988 last month.

Altogether, some 14 Enforcement Orders – 10 Closure Orders and four Prohibition Orders – were issued on food businesses around the country in February for breaches of food safety legislation, pursuant to the FSAI Act, 1998 and the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010.
