Heineken Ireland to distribute Tiger beer
Heineken Ireland has secured distributorship with Tiger Export Pte Ltd (TEPL) to exclusively import, market and distribute Tiger beer across the island of Ireland.
TEPL is owned by Asia Pacific Breweries, itself jointly owned by Heineken and Fraser & Neave.
The brand will play a key strategic role in Heineken Ireland’s plans, stated Heineken Ireland’s Marketing Director Walter L Drenth who added that Heineken Ireland “seeks to extend its premium positioning and association with Asian food”.
TEPL’s General Manager Ong Chui Seng is confident that Heineken Ireland’s “extensive trade distributrion and distribution experience as well as their insights into the Irish beer market will take Tiger to the next level of success in Ireland”.
The award-winning brew is available in 500ml and 330ml bottles as well as on draught.
