Jameson and Fable Bakery launch Irish Coffee workshop
Two Dublin favourites and Smithfield neighbours are coming together to put a fresh twist on one of Ireland’s most iconic serves, as Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Fable Bakery team up to launch the new Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee Workshop, a premium experience celebrating the craft of Irish whiskey, coffee and baking.

The collaboration brings together Jameson’s expertise in Irish whiskey and Fable’s contemporary bakery craft.
While Fable’s bakery has become a destination for pastry lovers across Dublin, its production kitchen is based just a stone’s throw from Jameson Distillery Bow St. in Smithfield, making this a natural partnership between two local businesses rooted in the same community.
The collaboration celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship and spirit of the neighbourhood, offering a distinctly Dublin experience inspired by the growing popularity of coffee and pastry pairings. Combining hands-on learning with exclusive pastries created by Fable, especially for the workshop, guests will discover a new take on the classic Irish Coffee.
The Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee Workshop with Fable Bakery invites guests to pull up a seat at Jameson Distillery Bow St. and learn how to craft the perfect Irish Coffee, guided by Jameson’s Craft Ambassadors.
The hands-on workshop explores the story behind Irish Coffee, the distinctive flavour profile of Jameson Black Barrel and the small details that make a great serve feel special.
Guests will then get to put their learnings into practice, crafting their own Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee and choosing flavour notes and finishes to suit their taste.
Along the way, guests will enjoy exclusive Fable Bakery creations, including a whiskey caramel and spiced apple Danish and a cheese and onion crisp croissant, specially designed to complement the richness and warmth of Jameson Black Barrel.

More than a tasting, the workshop offers guests the chance to learn something new, make their own take on an iconic Irish serve and experience Dublin hospitality at the birthplace of Jameson.

The Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee Workshop with Fable Bakery will launch at Jameson Distillery Bow St. on Wednesday 9 September and will be available for a limited seasonal run.
