Prohibition & Closure Orders for Quinns

Quinns of Drumcondra in Dublin was served with a Closure Order and a Prohibition Order by EHOs last month for breaches of food safety legislation.

Kilcoran Lodge Hotel was also served with a Closure Order (with the exclusion of the sale and service of beverages at the hotel’s bar) and all food operations including bar, nightclub and the service of all food and drinks at the Docks Hotel in John Street, New Ross, County Wexford, was subject to a Closure Order.

The Station House Hotel in Lower Main Street, Letterkenny, was also successfully prosecuted by the HSE.

The above premises were among 12 Closure Orders and two Prohibition Orders served on food businesses last month.
