Owned by the Ross family, the luxury boutique hotel welcomed guests for an evening of cocktails, canapés and celebrations, including a lively trip down memory lane exploring the building’s fascinating 125-year history.
Guests heard stories from renowned archaeologist Dr Pat Wallace, former trainee nurse Vivian Roche-Fahy, who once lived in the building, and hotel owner Gráinne Ross, who reflected on Dylan’s journey since opening in 2006.
The celebrations also offered a first look at Dylan’s specially created Era by Era Afternoon Tea, inspired by the building’s colourful past, while two longstanding team members, Dina and Phillip, who have been with the hotel since opening, joined general manager Conor Dillon for a special birthday cake cutting.
