Profits up at the Bank

In the year to April 30th 2018 College Inns, parent company of David and Charlie Chawke’s Bank bar in Dublin’s Dame Street, retained profits of €391,866, up 22% on the previous year which saw a 29% rise in profits.

The abridged unaudited financial statement lodged with the Companies Office showed staff payroll costs of €1,245920, slightly down from €1,249,918 the previous year with Directors’ remuneration coming in at €80,000, down too from the previous year’s €84,141.

Charlie & David are both directors and shareholders of Searsons Inns Ltd and Charlie is a director of Milltown Inns and Orchard Inn Ltd.
