Irish whiskey exports up 24% in 2010

It’s not all bad news in the economy. Irish whiskey exports grew by nearly one-quarter - 24 per cent - in 2010 to a value of €173 million, according to An Taoiseach Enda Kenny who was speaking at the recent launch of The Spirit We Share - a Jameson Journey, a book specially-commissioned in honour of Jameson's achieving the three million case mark.

The book was launched in Dublin’s Grand Canal Theatre.
