Charlie Chawke’s Goat Grill saw profits rise 3%, up €56,000, in the year to 31st March 2016.
Charlie Chawke’s Goat Grill saw profits rise 3%, up €56,000, in the year to 31st March 2016 with staff costs rising 2.7% to €1.47 million on costs for 2015 for a staff up six to 69 at the landmark South Dublin operation.
As Directors, Charlie and Bernice Chawke took a slight drop in joint remuneration to €248,000.
