In her new role, Vaidya will work closely with Coca–Cola’s bottling partner, Coca-Cola HBC, to continue strong growth across the island of Ireland, which has positioned Coca–Cola as Ireland’s biggest brand for 20 successive years.
Commenting on her new role, Vaidya said: “I’m thrilled to take up the role of country manager and build on The Coca–Cola Company’s exceptional track record of success in Ireland.
“Along with our bottling partner, we strive to meet the evolving needs of our customers while bringing Real Magic to communities around the country through innovative digital experiences and meaningful connections.
“We remain committed to being an industry leader on important issues like reformulation and packaging collection as part of our sustainable growth agenda in Ireland.”
Vaidya joined Coca–Cola in 2017 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in the global FMCG sector.
The soft drinks giant noted that she most recently served as the company’s country manager for Norway and Iceland, successfully delivering solid, consistent growth across the region, while building a high-performance team and strengthening our partnership with our bottlers.
She has also held leadership roles across franchise operations, marketing and general management in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
Vaidya and her family will be relocating to Dublin.
