10% of UK customers pay pub 10 visits

A poll of 4,500 UK respondents about fast service restaurants, pubs and coffee locations revealed recently that over the past 90 days 10% of consumers had visited pubs and bars more than 10 times. 15% had visited them twice while 13% had visited them just once.

The national research from Marketforce Information, a worldwide leader in customer intelligence solutions, also found that only 35% of consumers to pub/bar-style restaurants had rated their visit as ‘excellent’; almost one in five expressed dissatisfaction with their visit.

On a scale of one to five with one being ‘not at all satisfied’ and five being ‘very satisfied’, 48% chose four while 35% chose five.
