Solas sells

Solas on Wexford Street, Dublin, has been bought by Stephen Cooney and Brian O'Malley for a price understood to be around €2.5 million.

The pair – who also have The Old Spot and The Bath pubs near the Aviva Stadium as well as the Leapordstown Inn in their expanding property portfolio – bought Solas from Bernard and Joan Molloy who’d run the premises for the past 13 years.
