Powerscourt Distillery wins Visitor Centre of the Year
Powerscourt Distillery is celebrating winning the Visitor Centre of the Year award at the Icons of Whiskey Ireland event, marking the second year in a row that the distillery has received this prestigious recognition.
The award is a testament to the dedication of the Powerscourt Distillery team in providing visitors with an unforgettable experience. The distillery offers a variety of tours and tastings, as well as the Whiskey Lounge, where guests can enjoy Powerscourt Distillery’s award-winning Fercullen Irish Whiskey.
In addition to the Visitor Centre of the Year award, Powerscourt Distillery was Highly Commended in the Campaign Innovator category for its Food & Whiskey Pairing concept. This innovative program pairs Powerscourt Distillery’s whiskey with locally sourced food, showcasing the best of Irish cuisine.
