Oval in profit

Accumulated profits at Alazwar, the holding company for the Oval pub owned by Charlie Chawke and Eddie Bohan in Dublin’s city centre rose 13% or by €110,308 to a figure of €969,750 in the year to 31st July 2016.

Alwazar’s cash pile also increased 72% from €247,416 to €425,760.

Staff numbers at the pub remained the same while staff costs rose from €287,729 to €323,792.
