Heineken reports beer volume growth here
Volume growth in beer sales here helped contribute to a 2.1% organic growth in beer volumes generally for the Heineken nv across Western Europe.
Heineken nv reported a 3.4% rise in Group revenue to €4.49 billion in the three months to the end of March accompanied by a 1.3% rise in group beer volumes.
According to the company’s quarterly results, the volume increase was led by beer volume growth in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland and Belgium.
“The benefit of higher marketing investments to drive brand development, innovation and improved outlet execution drove market share gains in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland and Portugal,” stated the company which reported a 3.4% rise in Group revenue to €4.49 billion in the three months to the end of March accompanied by a 1.3% rise in group beer volumes.
