The Busker introduces Single Cask Pot Still Whiskey
Crafted by master blenders this limited edition whiskey comprises just 450 bottles exclusively available through The Irish Whiskey Collection
The Busker Irish Whiskey has launched an exclusive limited edition Single Cask Pot Still whiskey, the first in a series of exclusive bottlings for The Irish Whiskey Collection in partnership with Aer Rianta International (ARI). Carefully crafted at the Royal Oak Distillery in Co.Carlow, this exclusive whiskey has been created from hand-selected casks, specifically chosen by the master blending team to produce a limited edition run of 450 bottles that are available to purchase exclusively from The Irish Whiskey Collection at The Loop, Dublin, and Cork Airport.
Chosen from the finest casks of Pot Still available from the bond of Royal Oak Distillery, and aged in a formidable Sherry Cask for more than six years, the unique process allows the bold and spicy quintessential nature of the Pot Still to stand out, while accompanied with leathery dried fruit richness. Bolstered with a depth of prune, date and fig notes, this is followed by a balanced sweetness of honey, mellow vanilla, and fudge accompanied by a balanced long finish of spices warmth.
