Gillian Knight – LVA’s new HR Advisor

Gillian Knight has been appointed as the Licensed Vintners Association’s HR Advisor for members. 

Replacing Ursula Sherlock who became HR Manager at Top Oil, Gillian holds a Masters in Strategic Management and Planning from the UCD Smurfit Business School and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also holds an honours degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the National College of Ireland and a postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland. She’s a Qualified Coach with a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from the Irish Life Coach Institute and originally came into the LVA on a consultancy basis last November.
