The Public House of the Year provincial winners are the Dinn Rí Carlow (Leinster); the Elm Tree, Cork (Munster); Henry’s Bar and Restaurant, Sligo (Connacht) and The Fiddlers in Carrickmacross (Ulster).

Provincial winners in the Hotel of the Year category are the Bracken Court Hotel, Balbriggan (Leinster); the Castle Hotel, Macroom (Munster); the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill (Connacht) and the Silver Tassie Hotel, Letterkenny (Ulster).

Each of the winning venues will receive PR to the value of €2,500 and marketing support valued at €2,000 for each venue. The winners’ prize also includes a specially-commissioned wall plaque to remind customers that they are about to sit down and enjoy the best carvery in Ireland.
