The Exchange Bar & Restaurant at NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch has unveiled its new menu, bringing bold South American-inspired flavours, quality Irish ingredients and a fresh selection of dishes to the heart of Dublin city.

The Exchange Butchers Block

Curated by Head Chef Stuart Heeney and his team, the new menu brings together vibrant flavours and global influences, with South American inspiration running throughout the selection. From sharing plates and fresh seafood to hearty grills and indulgent desserts, the menu combines creative flavour combinations with quality ingredients, offering something for every occasion.

Taking centre stage on the new menu is The Exchange Butchers Block (€90), a generous sharing platter bringing together quality Irish produce and some of the restaurant’s standout meats. The feast includes 200g fillet steak, with beef supplied by Quigleys, the signature Nikkei Peri Peri Manor Farm half chicken sourced from Shannonvale Poultry in Clonakilty, and a 340g Andarl BBQ-glazed pork chop from Andarl Farm in Mayo. Served with a large portion of fries, alongside a crisp mixed leaf salad, house dressing, aji verde, chimichurri and pineapple relish.
