Dublin pub demand high, transactions low

Despite a strong demand for Dublin licensed premises, the volume of pubs being traded in the first half of 2018 has been relatively low.

Despite a strong demand for Dublin licensed premises, the volume of pubs being traded in the first half of 2018 has been relatively low, with only 10 pubs worth around €17.3 million changing hands in the first six months of the year, according to CBRE in its bimonthly report for June, published recently.
