Darina Allen will be a special guest of the Listowel Food Fair at the Celebratory Awards Banquet which will take place from 9-13 November 2023 at the Listowel Arms Hotel.
She will also be signing copies of her new book The Ballymaloe Bread Book, in association with Woulfe’s Bookshop, Listowel.
The Ballymaloe Bread Book features 180+ recipes, including soda bread, yeast bread, sourdough, focaccia, flatbreads and sweet breads. The book also includes a full section on gluten-free bread recipes, as well as special extras to accompany baked breads such as jams, spreads, butter and oils.
The 2023 Listowel Food Fair is supported by Kerry Group, Bord Bia, Bord Iascaigh Mhara, Teagasc, Fáilte Ireland, Tipperary Crystal, Kerry County Council, Kerry Local Enterprise Office, Garvey’s Supervalu, Sure Alarms and Eno Wines.
