This year marked its 12th anniversary with a lively ceremony at Fairways Hotel, Dundalk, on 21 April, celebrating the very best of Ireland’s culinary talent.

Speaking after the announcement, general manager Sarah Flavin shared: “We are thrilled that the Fahrenheit Restaurant team have been recognised for not one but two sought-after awards at this year’s Yes Chef Awards.

“Led by executive head Chef Paul Devoy, the team’s dedication to delivering exceptional work earned well-deserved recognition, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

Sarah continued, ‘The evening was particularly special as Paul Devoy, executive head chef of the award-winning Fahrenheit Restaurant, was behind the menu served on the night, delivering 350 meals to attendees.”

Clontarf Castle pride themselves on sourcing the finest Irish produce, working closely with suppliers to bring guests the freshest, most seasonal dishes on the island, working with artisan producers such as Mungo Murphy Seaweed, Solstice ice-cream, Odaios Foods and Wrights of Marino.
