C&C’s Stephen Glancey steps down
The Chief Executive of the C&C Group Stephen Glancey is stepping down with immediate effect and will be leaving the company at the end of February after eight years.
Stephen Glancey is stepping down as Chief Executive of the C&C Group with immediate effect.
He will, however, continue to be available to assist with effecting a smooth handover.
Appointed Chief Operating Officer for the C&C Group in 2008 he also spent three years as Group Finance Director.
A search for his successor has commenced and Stewart Gilliland has been appointed interim Executive Chairman with immediate effect to ensure continuity of leadership.
The C&C Board has confirmed that trading across the Group for the four months to 31st December 2019 has been in line with the Board’s expectations (including through the key Christmas trading period) and it remains on track to deliver double-digit EPS growth for FY2020.
