Bodegas Torres Brandy: World’s Best

Better known for its wines, Bodegas Torres 30 year-old brandy Jaime I was named World’s Best Brandy at the World Drinks Awards 2015 by drinks industry digital magazine TheDrinks Report.com at a ceremony in London recently.

It’s a blend of brandies aged using the solera system and the work of Gaudí inspired the Jaime I bottle, designed by Japanese architect Tanaka.

The San Francisco World Spirits Competition also recently selected Jaime I as the Best Spanish Brandy, giving it a double gold medal.

Torres 20 and Torres 10 were awarded a gold medal and a double gold medal respectively at the same competition.
