Britvic Ireland sales down 14.3%

Britvic Ireland contributed £146.7 million (€182m) or 11.6 per cent to Britvic’s overall income of £1.26 billion in the year to 30th September.

This contribution was 14.3 per cent down on the 2011 contribution of £171.2 million (€212m) or 13.2 per cent of the Britvic total.
Britvic’s net sales for the year were down 2.6 per cent on the previous year with pre-tax profits falling three per cent to £77.5 million in the year to 30th September from 2011’s £79.9 million.

The company reported a reduced Operating Profit, down by 16.5 per cent to £112.7 for the year.
