Victor Mee Auctions kicks-off 2020 with Pub Memorabilia and Collectables sale

Cavan-based auction house Victor Mee Auctions has announced its first sale of 2020, one that’s sure to be popular with publicans throughout Ireland - the Pub Memorabilia and Collectables Sale, scheduled to take place at the Cloverhill sale room on Wednesday 29th January at 5.30pm.

The sale will feature a wide range of Irish whiskey and tobacco mirrors as well as an authentic range of quirky 20^th Century Irish collectables. One particular lot to watch out for in the Pub Memorabilia and Collectables sale is the Shamrock Whiskey advertising mirror.

Handcrafted by Kirker and Greer of Belfast in the late 1890s this mirror is one of the rarest advertising mirrors Auctioneer Victor Mee has ever seen and it’s expected to be extremely popular with bidders across the world, estimated to sell for between €5,000 and €10,000!
