The butcher, baker and cocktail-maker!

Visitors to this year’s Taste of Dublin event can enjoy a cocktail on the top floor of a wooden tram while others can partake of an entire menu comprising food in various shades of pink.

It’s all part of this year’s Taste of Dublin theme ‘Food Lover’s Playground’. Taste of Dublin takes place again at the Iveagh Gardens in Dublin’s Harcourt St from June 14^th to June 17^th.

For the first time, the World Class Bartender of the Year Competition will bring its Irish final to Taste of Dublin with the winner being crowned live at The Iveagh Gardens on Sunday the 17th.

Visitors will be invited to explore fresh and innovative cocktails and masterclasses using luxury spirits all expertly crafted by Ireland’s leading bartending talent.
Food enthusiasts from all over the country will converge in style at the event where participating restaurants and sponsors have embraced the spirit of the theme.

This year also sees Taste of Dublin’s biggest-ever demo stage, where attendees will have the opportunity to watch their favourite culinary idols cook their best recipes. Part of the same experience is the Producers’ Table, which will be home to some of Ireland’s finest food producers.
