While pubs are back – not just the large city centre music venues – for the most part, they’ve also changed their approach and now offer top quality food, entertainment, events, themed nights, sports and community activity.
These are now key elements for a great many pubs and at Hospitaltiy Expo, the focus will be on helping pubs succeed.
The LVA Pubs Forum will draw on the experience of successful publicans of every type to show how it’s done, according to Hospitality Expo’s organisers SDL Exhibitions, where customer capture and revenue-generating ideas will be explored via:
- Managing the food option
- Events to draw the crowds
- Rooms over the pub
- Pub design & refurbishment
- Being part of the Irish tourism product
Hospitality Expo attracts the owners and decision-makers from hotels, restaurants and pubs from all over the country. Up to 83% of visitors to the last event had purchasing authority while 78% placed an order.
