As a veteran bartender and mixologist Paul’s cocktails have reached far and wide over the years.
“I think the time has come to bottle my cocktails and share them with the world,” he explained as guests on the night enjoyed his range of bar standard ready-to-pour cocktails.
In his 30 years’ experience Paul has marked up an impressive list of achievements and accolades. Placed third in the world at the Dekuyper Cocktail World Cup, he was also placed third in Europe at the IBA European Championships. He has also been credited with making the finest Gin Martini in the world at the Bacardi Martini Grand Prix.
Not only has Paul built-up an impressive collection of awards, but he has also established some of the most popular cocktail bars in Dublin including Diep, Saba, Kinara Kitchen and the Blind Pig Speakeasy.
His colourful range of four cocktails comprises a Porn Star Martini, a Whiskey Sour, a 1930s Cosmo and a Pina Colada, now available nationwide.
Paul’s currently perfecting an Espresso Martini to complete “The Fantastic Five” as he referred to them.
