Guinness Storehouse unveils immersive Christmas experience

The experience will run from 22 November- 5 January with prices starting from €24 per adult

Visitors can interact with the cinematic experience that uses technology to breathe new life into stories and photography from the Guinness archives

The Guinness Storehouse has launched its Christmas festive spectacle, featuring a cinematic experience and eye-catching installations, including an 8.5 metre tall Guinness Storehouse Christmas tree, featuring 1759 lights as a nod to the year Guinness began.

The experience will run from 22 November- 5 January, opening at 10AM with prices starting from €24 per adult.

The recently awarded leading tourist attraction in Europe has collaborated with Farouk Alao, Sorcha O’Higgins and Ger Clancy, as well as Jason Boland (Kodaline), who has created an original piece of music that brings the experience to life. The Guinness Storehouse has continued to engage Ireland’s creative community for its Christmas experience, following in the footsteps of previous Guinness Storehouse collaborators including Annie Atkins and Shane Griffin aka GRIF.

This year’s visitors can interact with the cinematic experience that uses technology to breathe new life into stories and photography from the Guinness archives. Curated by Nigerian Irish artist Farouk Alao, each scene uses motion technology to invite visitors to explore, capture and share unforgettable moments of festive celebration with friends and family during their tour.

Experience the magic of Christmas at St. James’s Gate with a bauble display and live entertainment at the Guinness Storehouse. Indulge in a festive menu featuring top local and Irish ingredients, including exclusive items like the spiced beef sandwich and Mulled Guinness. Enjoy breathtaking views of Dublin’s winter skyline from the Gravity Bar while savouring Christmas-themed STOUTies and mulled Guinness across all seven floors.

Enhance your visit with optional upgrades like the STOUTie or Academy experiences, ensuring a memorable festive day in Dublin.

Farouk Alao, artist, said: “It has been an incredible opportunity to collaborate with the Guinness Storehouse to bring this immersive Christmas experience to life, I’m really looking forward to people interacting with this experience and it finally going live!”
