WKD took sixth place spending €115,000 followed by Smirnoff Vodka-Red spending €104,000 and Jameson spending €98,000.
Diageo spent €90,000 on outdoor display to promote Guinness Black Lager in November while 10th place was taken by Dutch Gold on €88,000 followed by Guinness Mid-Strength spending €70,000.
As a category Beers & Ciders spent €1.1 million at ratecard on outdoor in November putting the category in third place overall behind Telecoms and Retail Outlets.
The Wines & Spirits category took ninth place spending €823,000.
