Death of former VFI Chief Executive

Tadg O’Sullivan, former Chief Executive of the Vintners Federation of Ireland, has passed away after a short illness.

The Cahirciveen native served as Chief Executive of the Federation for 25 years, retiring at the end of 2007.

He also served on the Board of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and was Secretary of the United Kingdom & Ireland Licensed Trade Association following his retirement. At the time of his death he was President of St Anne’s Golf Club in Raheny.

He’s survived by his wife Chris, son Danny, daughters Catherine, Elaine, Fiona and Gráinne.
