Coole Swan for Barry & Fitzwilliam
Coole Swan blends single malt Irish whiskey, Belgian white chocolate and fresh dairy cream straight from the heart of Ireland’s Boyne Valley pastureland. It’s a family business run by husband and wife team Mary and Philip Sadlier from a converted barn on the family farm.
The agreement means that the premium brand is being made available nationally across bars, restaurants and other retail locations for the first time since it was launched, claimed Mary, Coole Swan’s Chief Executive.
“The addition of the Coole Swan brand to our portfolio will give our customers an unrivalled choice of Liqueur brands both domestic and International,” commented Michael Barry, Managing Director of Barry & Fitzwilliam, Ireland’s largest independent drinks distributor, carrying over 100 international premium brands of wines, spirits and beer.
