Clontarf Castle has been awarded Dublin’s ‘Gastro Bar of the Year’ at the prestigious 2025 Irish Bar and Cocktail Awards, celebrating excellence across Ireland’s vibrant bar and hospitality scene.

It’s been a winning few weeks for the Clontarf Castle team who were also awarded ‘Chef of the Year’

Held on Tuesday, 17 June at The Longcourt House Hotel, Newcastle West – The Irish Bar and Cocktail Awards brought together the best of the industry, recognising outstanding venues, innovation, and excellence in service, food, and drink.

Clontarf Castle’s Knights Bar – beloved by both locals and guests – was honoured for its exceptional dining offering, creative cocktail menu, and welcoming atmosphere.

Known for championing Irish produce and premium local ingredients, the culinary team at Clontarf Castle works closely with suppliers to craft delicious, seasonal dishes that reflect the richness of Irish food culture.

It’s been a winning few weeks for the Clontarf Castle team, who were also awarded ‘Chef of the Year’, ‘Luxury Hotel Restaurant of the Year’ and ‘Irish Culinary Experience of the Year’ titles at the Yes Chef Awards last month.
