Chef Sunil Ghai brings Indian flavours to Roe & Co’s summer garden

Sunil will be working closely with Roe & Co bartenders to develop cocktail pairings
Multi-award-winning chef Sunil Ghai, of Pickle and street restaurant, will take over the next phase of the Summer Garden experience with wife Leena and bring a focus on traditional recipes from their childhoods in India.
Street by Sunil is live now until 27 July and guests can expect his favourite recipes and dishes on the menu.
Sunil Ghai, chef, Pickle and street, said: “I always wanted to open something small for family gatherings where people can get together with their nearest and dearest and have fun while the team at Street look after them like a family at home.”
At Street, a team of chefs have come from different regions of India with a passion for cooking, spending many years perfecting curries, biryanis, tandoori breads, roasting spices and making all the pickles and chutneys in-house.
Well known for his expertise on spice, Sunil will be working closely with Roe & Co bartenders to develop cocktail pairings that will incorporate Sunil’s unique spice collection and Streets homemade lassis recipes.
