1 in 4 supports calorie labelling on pub menu

Just 26 per cent of those surveyed by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland in its recent Calories on menus in Ireland publication - its report on a national consultation published recently - want to see calorie labelling on pub menus.

Yet one in three, some 29 per cent of those surveyed at a foodservice exhibition in the RDS in Dublin, wanted to see calorie labelling in pubs, stated the report.
