Ariel Sanecki of the Cliffhouse Hotel, Waterford, emerged the overall winner of the BAI-organised Irish Cocktail Championships at this year’s Food & Bev Live.
Ariel will compete at the World Cocktail Championships taking place in Tokyo later this year.
The two-day Food+Bev Live at the Citywest Events Centre was attended by over 2,150 visitors who inspected what was on offer from some 200 exhibitors.
