White Claw moves into the spirits category with new vodka range

Hard seltzer brand will initially roll out the new ‘Triple Wave Filtered vodka’ across North America

White Claw is well established as a hard seltzer brand

Hard seltzer brand White Claw is moving into the spirits category with the launch of White Claw Premium Vodka.

The brand will initially roll out the new ‘Triple Wave Filtered vodka’ across North America. It said its “first-of-its-kind filtration process uses tremendous pressure equal to three 30-foot waves” to create a vodka with distinctive taste, aroma, and smoothness.

Owned by the Mark Anthony Group, White Claw will offer a regular vodka option as well as pineapple, mango, and black cherry flavoured vodkas as part of its new portfolio.

As part of its expansion into vodka, White Claw is also launching a new ready-to-drink canned cocktail, White Claw Vodka + Soda.

“We spent almost a decade researching and developing a new way to show drinkers what complexity looks, tastes, and feels like within the minimalist experience of vodka,” said founder and chief executive of the Mark Anthony Group, Anthony von Mandl. “We created one of the most complex production processes of any vodka in the world to produce a vodka unlike any other.”
