All you need is 50ml of Coole Swan, 50ml of coconut water and four leaves of fresh basil. To serve, take three of the basil leaves and remove the stalks before clapping them between your hands and dropping them into a rocks or tumbler glass. Take the fourth basil leaf and wipe it around the rim of the glass before, optionally, attaching it to the rim with a small peg as a garnish. Pour the coconut water in on top of the basil leaves, followed by Coole Swan. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and thoroughly stir the mixture. Leave for two minutes, allowing the flavours to combine and then enjoy.
