Profits down at Bank
Profits at David Chawke’s The Bank pub on College Greene fell by 41% to €232,153 from €391,866 giving an accumulated profit of €2.4 million in the year to the 30th April 2019.
Turnover at the Dublin bar/restaurant was slightly down at €3.8 million.
In an abridged Financial Statement from parent company College Inns Ltd recently turnover at the Dublin bar/restaurant was slightly down at €3.8 million while staff costs rose slightly to €1.3 million from €1.2 million the previous year for the 40 staff (up from 39) including the two directors David and Charlie Chawke.
Directors’ remuneration for the year was an unchanged €80,000.
