NYX Hotel Dublin introduces its seasoned management team, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A destination where hospitality meets a unique urban style, the newly-built NYX Hotel Dublin located on the Grand Canal at Portobello Harbour includes a team of 67 staff. The opening of Dublin’s newest hotel in December marked a €31 million investment offering 175 luxurious bedrooms, a stylish restaurant and bar along with a state of the art gym.
Leading the NYX Hotel Dublin team is hotel manager, Simone Villari. Villari’s journey in hospitality is deeply rooted in his Italian heritage. With an illustrious career spanning IHG, Ten Manchester Street Hotel, Hotel Indigo Kensington, NYX Hotel Holborn and Jurys Inn (now Leonardo).
In the realm of mixology and ambiance, Lou Mann has been appointed bar manager at NYX Hotel Dublin. From crafting cocktails in Belfast’s most opulent venues to managing bustling Dublin restaurants, Lou’s journey is a testament to his commitment to excellence.
Rounding off the management team is Adam McCormick as operations manager, whose journey began in 2019 as part of Leonardo’s graduate programme. Venturing from Belfast to Bristol and back, McCormick’s leadership shone brightly when he spearheaded the opening of Leonardo Hotel Bristol.
