Licensed trade property claims down by half

The level of insurance claims for licensed premises was down by half in 2011 compared with the previous year due in the main to the reduced number of weather-related claims, according to FBD’s Water Moran who added, “Public Liability claims in the licensed trade in 2011 were broadly similar to those in 2010 which reflected an increase of 12 per cent on the 2009 figures”.
