Eat Spain Drink Spain brings Spanish gastronomy to Ireland
Eat Spain Drink Spain is set to kick off nationwide next month from 1-19 October.
Bringing together Ireland’s finest restaurants, retailers, and hospitality venues to present the best of traditional and modern Spanish fare.
Food and drink enthusiasts will have the opportunity to explore the offerings of Spain through tastings, wine dinners, tapas trails and interactive workshops.

An Evening of Spanish Art & Gastronomy
Date: 3 October
Location: Instituto Cervantes, Lincoln House Dublin 2
Price: €25
Blanca Valencia will pair Spanish paintings from the National Gallery of Ireland with iconic Spanish grape varieties – Tempranillo, Verdejo, and Albariño – served with traditional Spanish food.
Tapas and Wine Pairing Night
Date: 3 October
Location: Neighbourhood, Naas, Co.Kildare
Price: €65 pp
Join Spanish wine enthusiast Michelle Lawlor of The Nude Wine Co. for an exclusive evening of Spanish wine and tapas at this Naas hotspot, featuring a new small plates menu paired with four of Michelle’s favourite Spanish wines.
Andalusian Wine & Tapas Evening

Location: Choquera Bistro, Newport, Tipperary

Hosted by Choquera Bistro owner Cinta Ramblado, this event offers a journey through Andalusian cuisine with a selection of Southern Spanish wines. Spanish food expert Blanca Valencia will begin the evening with an introduction to the region and its gastronomy.
Tapas Trail

Experience Spain through cuisine and culture with Irish wine specialists Lynda Coogan and Sinéad Smyth. They will guide you on a tapas trail through four Dublin city centre venues, featuring Spanish wines and beer.
Sarah & Olive Presents an Extra Virgin olive oil Masterclass with Assassination Custard

Join Sarah & Olive and Borja Sanz from Finca la Torre for an olive oil masterclass, followed by a pairing dinner prepared by Ken and Gwen of Assassination Custard. This event offers insights into award-winning extra virgin olive oil and its use in creating exceptional dishes.
An Evening with Sharon Noonan at The Mustard Seed

Sharon Noonan, host of ‘Best Possible Taste’, will co-host an evening of Spanish wines with Irish Examiner critic Leslie Williams. The event features a bespoke menu by The Mustard Seed’s Head Chef Angel Pirev.
The Ultimate Eat Spain Drink Spain Culture Quiz

Hosted by food writer Ali Dunworth and Spanish food expert Blanca Valencia, this event offers a Spanish cultural experience with a fun quiz. Limited to 40 people, the evening includes Spanish beer, wine, cured meats, and cheeses.
Judith Boyle’s Spanish Fortified Wine Tasting
