Dingle Distillery is all set for Christmas with 10 yr old Single Malt release

A decade in the making and ready for a place under the tree, Dingle Distillery’s 10 Year Old Single Malt is a Christmas gift with real Irish character. Dingle 10 Year Old Single Malt is distilled, matured and bottled in Dingle, this 10 Year Old Single Malt spends a decade developing its flavour in hand-selected Bourbon, Port and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Shaped by the peninsula’s distinctive microclimate, it is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.

The whiskey was awarded a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2026, adding to its MASTER medal at The Spirits Business Irish Whiskey Masters 2025. Bring sherry richness to a festive whiskey cocktail. Shake 45ml Dingle Single Malt, 20ml Aperol, 20ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and 15ml Pedro Ximénez sherry with ice. Strain into a chilled short glass and finish with lemon peel for a serve that balances sweet, citrus and bittersweet flavours.

For a Christmas gathering, try Dingle’s literary-inspired whiskey serve. Stir 25ml each of Dingle Single Pot Still, triple sec, Martini Rosso and lime juice with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned or whiskey glass filled with ice, then garnish with a lime wheel or peel.
