Diageo’s new customer website Diageo One has now launched, replacing the current website MyDiageo.

Designed to enhance the overall customer experience by providing a smarter, faster and more helpful way to manage and grow your business with us, Diageo One offers 24/7 access and everything you need in one place. You can save time by placing orders, managing your account, accessing industry insights, special offers and much more in just a few clicks.
To further enhance your digital experience, Diageo Ireland is also moving to online invoicing, with over 2,000 customers now accessing their account documents online via Diageo One.
Customers have until the 30th of September to register to Diageo One. After this date, account documents will no longer be posted. The move to digital invoicing will save an estimated 1.2 million pieces of paper per year and is part of Diageo Ireland’s ‘Society 2030: Spirit of Progress’ plan and commitment to make a positive impact on the world by 2030.
“Diageo One is all about providing better and faster support to our customers with 24/7 access to everything they could possibly need in the one place,” said Ross Bissett, Head of Digital Sales for the On-Trade in Republic of Ireland, “Online invoicing will be a key benefit of Diageo One with customers able to access their invoices or statements any time that suits them.”
Noel Warby from The Grove bar in Athlone would encourage every publican to register to Diageo One.
“You can place orders, access invoices, get help with an issue and download social media images” he says, “having everything in one place is really handy and saves me time. There’s lots of useful content in there too like social media tips, staff training and industry trends.”
