Desperados lights up

Desperados, Ireland’s first tequila-flavoured beer, has teamed up with the Out Of Home media planning and buying specialist Kinetic and Starcom to promote the launch of Desperados new interactive online game, ‘Raid’.

The multi-platform game challenges fans to ‘raid’ the brand for party-related prizes and is available to play until the end of the year. The OOH element of the campaign is currently running across Dublin and Belfast.

To help excite fans and drive engagement around the campaign, specially-designed posters come to life at night through the use of ultraviolet light, driving the key campaign message that Desperados is Ireland’s number one party trigger.

The posters use UV-reactive inks which animate when ultraviolet lamps are attached to the billboard so passers-by experience an eye-catching display. 

These specials are running at key locations across Dublin including Clonliffe Road, Santry Road, Gardiner Street and York Street in Belfast.
 
The campaign is also running on traditional Out Of Home formats ranging from Golden Squares and 48 Sheets, Adshel 6 Sheets, AdTalk (branded phone kiosks) to digital OOH formats.
