Herbert Inns Ltd, the company behind The Bridge 1859 pub, saw profits increase by €287,865 to a total of €356,107 in the year to 29th February 2016.
The company – whose directors include Irish rugby players Rob and Dave Kearney, Jamie Heaslip and Sean O’Brien as well as publican Noel Anderson – employs 24 staff which cost the company (excluding directors) €539,585, up from €269,144 the previous year.
