Best customer service Regional winners announced
The Regional Winners in the Outstanding Customer Service category have been announced.
They are: Buffalo Boy of Carrick-on-Shannon in Leitrim (Connaught Region), An Poc Fada in Monaghan (North East Region), Noel Ryan’s of Thurles in Tipperary (South East Region), The Quays Bar & Restaurant of Youghal in Cork (Cork Region), Horans Bar & Restaurant of Baltinglass in Wicklow (East Region), Aunty Lena’s & Adare Court House of Adare in Limerick (South West Region) and The Bull & Castle in Dublin (Dublin Region).

Last year the Outstanding Customer Service Award went to Limerick’s Hi Way Bar in Dooradoyle.
The Awards, in nine different categories, are being announced over the course of this month in advance of the Gala Awards ceremony taking place on 20th November in the RDS, Dublin.
In all, 63 regional winners will be showcased as best in class in their region and will receive a prize package to the value of €20,000 comprising management training and media coverage to help them develop their business.
Media coverage includes a profile piece in an awards supplement in the Irish Independent on the day of the national awards presentation.
