Bank pub suffers €33,609 loss

Accumulated losses at College Inns, the parent company of The Bank pub on Dublin's College Green, totalled €33,609 in the year to the 30th of April 2021 according to the company's Unaudited Abridged Financial Statements for the year.

The previous year had seen a 56% fall in accumulated profits to €101,610 from €232,153 the year before that.

Numbers in employment at The Bank fell again from 35 to 20 (including the two directors David and Charlie Chawke) but staff savings are not provided here. The two directors took out €58,660 in emoluments, down 21% on the previous year’s figure of €74,469.
