Perhaps robots should stick to making cars.
It seems that Chinese food chain Heweilai was less than enamoured of its robotic waiting staff’s performance as waiters in some of their restaurant outlets. As a result it closed down those outlets where the robots turned out to be completely unable to pour water, carry dishes or take orders…. Wonder how they’d get on pouring a pint of Guinness?
