Ashley & Trudy win 2014 LVA Education Awards

Ashley Benson from the Shelbourne Hotel won this year’s LVA Bar Management Award while Trudy Matthews from Harry’s on the Green won the LVA Bar Supervison award at the annual education awards held in the DIT’s Dublin Bar Management Training Bar in Cathal Brugha Street.

The awards are presented to the successful candidates from the LVA Bar Supervision and Bar Management courses run from the DIT Bar Management Studies area of the School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology. The awards and diplomas were presented by LVA Chairman John Nealon.
